Electronics: The neck pickup has been replaced with a Bare Knuckle PG Blues humbucker; the volume and tone pots also do not appear to be original. The original neck pickup is included, although one of the magnetic slugs has demagnetized. Original patent number bridge humbucker and stacked single coil middle pickup, with 5-way blade selector switch, master volume/tone controls, and coil-split toggle switch. The bridge ground wire has also been spliced and extended.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has aged nicely, and shows expected cosmetic wear for its age. The finish is glossy with swirls, light scratches, and a few scattered dings/blemishes. There is a small amount of finish wear around the jack plate, as well as mild buckle rash on the back. The back of the neck is smooth with only a couple small dings.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief, and is currently set up with 10s. The frets are tall with minor wear. The serial number dates the guitar to 1982.
